Four new species of the Cordyceps fungus have been discovered. This is the same fungus that was featured on "Planet Earth." The one that directs an ant to leave its colony, anchor itself to a leaf before it dies, then serves as a place for the fungus to shoot out of its head and disperse spores into the air infecting other ants.
How long until it mutates into something that can control creatures larger than insects? Creatures like... HUMANS!?
